When Det. Commander Tim Lewis spoke about mothers on meth in Longmont who sell their children for sex it brought the horrible nature of the problem directly home for me. It made the FOCUS offender reentry mentoring program seem even more urgent as we do work with mothers on meth and have been successful with some, helping them stay clean and stabilizing their lives.
