The Collaborative Community is the umbrella name of our organization. It acts as a project under the legal 501 c 3 status of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center. The main current collaborations are Restoring the Soul Community Partners and FOCUS, a reentry mentoring project. Several other collaborations are in process. The internal organization consists of the Collaborative Community Board of Directors, the Restoring the Soul Advisory Council, the FOCUS Advisory Council, the Executive Director and Staff. In addition oversight is provided by the FOCUS Review Board and Mentor Advisors.
Tania Leontov ,the Executive Director has a Masters of Nonprofit Management and a Masters Certificate in Comparative Religion. She has served as director since January 2003.
Nicky Marone, the Development Director has a Masters in Educational psychology. She is the author of three books on overcoming learned helplessness. She joined the staff in April, 2011.
Deborah Luscomb, the Office Manager, joined the staff in January, 2012.
Meghan, Marketing and Social Media Manager is an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer. She has a Masters of Comparative Religion. She joined the staff in August 2011
Everyone else associated with the program is a volunteer including 27 mentors, 6 Mentor Advisors and 16 Board and Council members.
